6、不宜多食味精

    味精的主要成份是谷氨酸钠,母乳在摄入高蛋白饮食的同时,又多食味精,大量的谷氨酸钠通过乳汁进入宝宝体内,与宝宝血液中的锌发生特异性结合,形成不能被机体吸收的谷氨酸锌,从而引发宝宝发生急性锌缺乏。锌是人体必须的微量元素,可以改善食欲并促进消化功能,若是缺锌,则会使舌上的味蕾受累而影响味觉,并导致厌食。缺锌还能使宝宝发生弱智、暗适应异常、性晚熟、成年侏儒症以及生长发育缓慢等病。在分娩3个月内,乳母食用的菜肴应注意不要多加味精。

    7、不宜立即服用人参

    不少产妇在产后为使自己迅速恢复体力,立即服用人参,这样做对孕妇健康有损害。人参中含有人参唣甙、对中枢神经系统和心脏血管有兴奋作用,使用后会使产妇出现失眠、烦躁、心神不安等症状,影响产妇的休息和身体恢复。人参还会加速血液循环,刚刚分娩后的产妇内外生殖器的血管多有损伤,会妨碍受损血管的自行愈合,同时加重出血。产后2-3周,若产妇产伤已愈合、恶露明显减少时可服用人参。产后2个月,若有气虚症状,可每天服人参3-5克,连续1个月即可。

    8、不宜吃巧克力

    产妇在产后需要给新生儿喂奶,如果过多食用巧克力,对哺乳婴儿的发育会产生不良的影响。这是因为,巧克力所含的可:可碱,会渗入母乳并在婴儿体内蓄积,能损伤神经系统和心脏,并使肌肉松弛,排尿量增加,结果会使婴儿消化不良,睡眠不稳,哭闹不停。产妇整天在嘴里嚼着巧克力,还会影响食欲,使身体发胖,而必需的营养素却缺乏,这当然会影响产妇的身体健康,不利于婴儿的生长发育。
